Appetizer - roast duck breast with zucchini ribbons; soup - shrimp bisque; salad - arugula and fennel salad with shaved pecorino cheese and toasted pine nuts; entrée - grilled pork chop with basil garlic rub; side accompaniments - wild mushroom bordelaise sauce, parmesan crusted roasted multicolored new potatoes and honey roasted petite carrots; dessert: Bailey’s mousse cake
