Cash, check, debit cards, credit cards, and gift cards are accepted in person at the Box Office. Debit and credit cards accepted by phone and online. All tickets are non-refundable.

At this time, gift cards are not eligible to be redeemed online. Please contact our Box Office to use a gift card toward a purchase.

Log in is only required for donors of $250 or more annually to receive their pre-sale benefit.

GIFT CARDS

Honeywell Foundation Gift Cards are available in a variety of amounts and are redeemable at several Honeywell Foundation properties.

At this time, gift cards are not eligible to be redeemed online. Please contact our Box Office to use a gift card toward a purchase.

Gift card balances may be obtained by calling 260.563.1102.  

 

Please keep your card in a safe place.  If it is lost or stolen, a replacement can be given with the original sales receipt.  Gift cards expire after 5 years from the date of last load of funds, except where prohibited by law.  This card is not redeemable for cash; any unused value will remain on the card. 

 

SHOW NIGHT DINING

Eugenia's Restaurant, located inisde the Honeywell Center, offers dining prior to most Ford Theater shows. Reservations are recommended.

After dinner, be sure to visit the Midwest Eye Consultants Concession Stand for your favorite drinks and treats. Enjoy your snacks in the Wabash Electric Connection Seating Area in the Porter Lobby or in the theater as you enjoy the show... a NEW OPTION!

Ushers

Ushers are available at the main entrances to the building, throughout the lobby, and at all theater entrances to assist you.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis and are available in the coat room. Hearing assist devices are available at no charge at the Box Office.

Coat Room

A coat room is located in the main lobby near the Box Office. 

Concessions

Midwest Eye Consultants Concessions offer snacks and beverages in the main lobby prior to shows and during intermission. We invite you to enjoy your drinks and snacks inside the theater while you enjoy the show. Waste cans are throughout the lobby and theater for your convenience.

 Connection

The Kendall Connection is located in the main lobby and offers a seating area to enjoy refreshments, mingle, or even charge your phone. 

 

SENSORY FRIENDLY KITS

The Honeywell Foundation in partnership with the AWS Foundation is pleased to offer Sensory Friendly Kits for use at no charge to the guest.

 

Each kit contains: noise-reducing headphones, three small fidget items, a communications deck, identification wristband, a weighted comfort item, sanitizing wipes and an AWS Foundation kit overview card.

Kits are available for check out at the Box Office and must be returned at the end of the event.

 

VOLUNTEER

Honeywell Foundation volunteer opportunities include: theater ushers, door greeters, festival help, tour guides, landscaping assistance, holiday decorators, administrative assistance, and more!

FOR YOUR SAFETY

 

As a courtesy to our guests, The Honeywell Foundation has implemented security measures to help ensure public safety.

 

Backpacks or duffel bags are not allowed inside the theater. Other bags, purses, and coats are subject to inspection.

Weapons of any kind are not allowed, including knives and box cutters. Other prohibited items are knitting needles, professional cameras, and any outside food or beverages. State law prohibits alcohol from being brought inside the facility. 

 

If you leave during a show or intermission, you must present a ticket stub to re-enter.
