BUFFETS
All buffets include dinner rolls plus iced tea,
lemonade and coffee.

Following prices are for 50 or more guests;
for less than 50 guests, the price is $1.00
additional per person; we are unable to
provide buffets for less than 25 guests.
 

 


Salad Extravaganza - $9.95 per person
Includes rolls and butter, crackers, soup du jour, and 4 salad choices (selections below).

Deli Buffet
Features choice of shaved meats (baked ham, turkey breast, or roast beef) , assorted breads & rolls,
soup du jour, potato chips, 4 salad choices (see next page) and all appropriate condiments.
1 meat - $9.95 per person
2 meats - $10.95 per person
3 meats - $11.95 per person


Mexican Buffet - $11.95 per person
Build your own chicken or beef fajitas, or tacos. Features refried beans, Spanish rice,
nacho cheese, and all the appropriate condiments plus cinnamon churros for dessert.

Italian Buffet - $16.95 per person
Choice of 3 pastas (rotini, medium shells, fettuccine, spaghetti, penne, or linguini) and 3 sauces
 (marinara, alfredo, meat sauce, traditional with mushrooms and basil). Includes antipasto salad,
tossed salad with dressings, marinated cucumber and red onion salad, chicken parmesan,
choice of stuffed shells, baked lasagna (meat or vegetable) or manicotti, chef’s vegetable,
garlic bread sticks, rolls and butter, and dessert display.

Mardi Gras - $20.95 per person
Jambalaya, blackened white fish, shrimp e’touffle, chicken creole, carved cajun flank steak, French quarter lyonaise potatoes, red beans and rice, choice of 3 salads and two vegetables (selections below). Includes Bourbon Street chocolate pecan pie and warm bread pudding with whiskey and caramel sauces.

A Night in Paris - $22.95 per person
Choice of soups (chilled potato leek with truffle oil or consomme de beouf julienne),
oulet saute portuguese (chicken, mushrooms, red wine, onions - comparable to coq au vin),
beef bourguignon, filet of white fish a la mornay, seafood provencale, cotes de pore a’la sauce chasseur
(pork loin with brown sauce and tomatoes), potatoes anna, rice pilaf, tossed salad, choice of
3 additional salads and two vegetables (selections below). Includes parisian cream trifle,
 profiteroles au chocolate, and warm cheese blintz with raspberry sauce for dessert.
