 The Honeywell Foundation’s Educational Outreach Program offers several different types of curriculum-based, arts-in-education programs for schools in our region. 
 
2016-17 Student Matinees

Programs include Page-to-Stage Student Matinees which bring literature to life on the Honeywell Center stage as presented by national touring companies.Cost is $4 per student.

2016-17 Honeywell/Carnegie Hall Link Up
Music Curriculum Requests
The Honeywell Foundation partners with Carnegie Hall’s Link Up program to provide a full year’s elementary music curriculum to schools including student workbook and teacher guide.  This curriculum can be used in conjunction with existing lessons or as the full year’s lesson plans.  The program ends with a field trip to the Honeywell Center to join the orchestra in an amazing performance. 2016-17 Visual Thinking Strategies Registration

Visual Thinking Strategies is a three-year program for grades 3rd – 5th that uses works of art to teach students critical thinking, collaboration and communication skills.  In this program, a Honeywell facilitator visits the classroom each month to discuss art and ideas with students using VTS’s nationally recognized curriculum.

Fall 2016: Light up the Town performance
Register now for the Fall 2016 student matinee performance of a musical account of how Wabash became the first electrically lighted city in the world! Fri. August 12 at 9:30 am.
